At Anson PDR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
